Supreme Court Leaks
The New York Times recently published an article with extensive revelations about the inner workings of the Supreme Court. It did so with respect to more than one hot issue of the day.
Lost in our focus is the leak of the Dobbs case pre-decision memo. There was an uproar and a promise to find the leaker. Then, it went silent.
Could it be that the leaker was one of the Justices? Perhaps it was done directly or indirectly via a law clerk, though it emanated from a Justice. Chief Justice Roberts is considered a protector of the Supreme Court. He wouldn’t reveal the news that a justice was the leaker, at least not publically. Well, things quieted down, and the media have not pushed it.
Let’s take it one step further. The latest leak/expose received nil follow-up, nor coverage in other media. The leaker had to have had an established relationship with the media, for such a bombshell to be published. Now, which pro-Roe Justice might it be? Is there one who is involved with the media more than the others, one who has working relationships with the media?
Who might it have been?
